We woke up to this on Christmas Eve morning - and no hot water. I scrambled to get to Lowe's and pick up all the necessary items to fix this situation and render the place safe. Wow. Good thing the circuit breaker broke.
So, after the requisite 3 trips to Lowes after the initial one, I am happy to write that the hot water works and the new installation went pretty well, and now looks better, too!
Oh yeah, and I recruited a guy this evening, too. Pretty cool...
